The Malaysian International Gourmet Festival

Went to Hilton hotel to eat Japanese . Me and my brother at the Malaysian International Gourmet Festival meal xDD . Here are the pics of the meal .

Apetizer : 5 kinds of sushi ball ''Temari sushi''



Salad : Mixed garden vegetable with crispy prawn chips , baby sardine and lotus root served with wasabi ponzu dressing



Steamed fish : Trilogy of cod fish : Steamed cod fish , Shirako and Mentaiko served with cream sauce



Refreshments : Momotaro tomato sorbet



Main dish : Kakuni style braised and seared Wagyu short rib with four mushrooms and sesame sauce



dessert : Oolong tea cake with chestnut cream
